Faculty keep their own CVs here, so you open the latest one whenever a review comes up.

A department’s faculty roster with invites by email, uploaded Word CVs and when each CV was last updated, beside the dashboard’s count of current CVs and of faculty eligible for promotion review.

How it works

  1. We set up your department

    The ScienceDex team opens an account for your department and invites your first admin.

  2. Bring in your faculty

    Invite them by email, up to 500 at a time, or upload Word CVs that each person accepts or discards.

  3. Find CVs out of date

    Each CV shows its last update, and you see who is eligible for promotion review by the years in rank you set.

  4. Download reports

    Run reports on papers, teaching and promotion, and download Excel or CSV files.
