Promotion pipeline

See who comes up for promotion review

Set the years in rank for each review point, and the pipeline shows who is eligible.

A department’s promotion panel: faculty placed by rank and years in rank, a dashed line at each rank’s review point, the count eligible for promotion review, and their names for the roles the department chose.

How it works

  1. Set your review points

Enter the years in rank at which each rank comes up for review.

  2. See rank and time in rank

The chart places your faculty by rank and years in rank, from their appointments.

  3. Know who is eligible

Each review year shows who has reached a review point, by your department’s rule.

  4. Choose who sees names

Chairs and vice chairs for faculty affairs choose who sees names. Others see counts, with 1 to 4 as fewer than 5.
